A big thank you to Te Roopu Matau for a fantastic day celebrating the Commonwealth Games. Room 6 and 16 represented United Kingdom and chanted "We will stand together" to the tune of "We will, we will rock you."

NED Show

On Monday 4 August after morning tea the whole school went to the Ned show in the hall. There was a man with a yo-yo that said he went on amazing adventures with his friend Ned. The man said the letters in Ned's name means something. N stands for never give up, the E stands for encourage others and the D means do your best. This all leads up to being a champion. Another thing he said was if you make a mistake learn from it. The Ned show was funny and it taught the whole school something important.
